Alan Cullen

Alan Cullen has been in executive search for more than a quarter century.  He founded Westwood & Wilshire in 2003 and quickly established the firm as a premier boutique search firm in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. In the last decade, he has led the firm's shift towards innovative growth companies at the forefront of science, medicine and technology. 

Along the way, the firm has become the go-to firm for many of the world's top venture capital firms.  Prior to executive search, Alan started his career in management consulting with Tucker Alan Inc (now part of Navigant Consulting). He is also a very proud alum of UCLA.
