With more than two decades of executive search experience in technology and healthcare, Ms. Collins focuses on senior management search assignments in Operations, Human Resources, and CIO’s for both Fortune 500 and early stage and middle-market technology and health care services companies.

Prior to joining Westwood & Wilshire, Ms. Collins was Director of Executive Search for Anthem, a leading Fortune 23 health company focused on upgrading and upskilling the Top 1% of the company. Ms. Collins was responsible for various positions in Human Resources, Information Systems, Operations, Strategy and Corporate Development, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Legal. Prior to this, Ms. Collins was a Senior Associate for Korn Ferry in their CHRO Center of Excellence, working on senior management assignments including CHRO, Vice President, Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Design, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards searches. Clients ranged in size from Fortune 10 to start-up venture backed companies in technology, biotech, and healthcare.

Ms. Collins holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theater from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. She lives outside of Chicago, IL with her husband. She has two children both attending university, and in her free time enjoys entertaining friends and family, the outdoors, reading, and travel.
